Questions

Is there an Android widget?

Not yet. Widgets and Control Center buttons are on iPhone for now. On Android you can still log a spend in about five seconds by typing or speaking.

My widget says “Renew Rilio”

Widgets show your numbers with rilio Pro, including the 7-day free trial. Renew in the app and the widget fills back in.

My widget says “Open Rilio”

The widget hasn't loaded your numbers yet, usually right after installing or signing in. Open rilio once and it refreshes.

How often do widgets update?

They refresh in the background through the day, and straight away whenever you open rilio. iOS decides how often widgets can refresh, so a number can be a few minutes behind; the widget shows when it last updated.

Can I choose which budget or group a widget shows?

Yes. Long-press the Budgets or Split Balances widget, tap Edit Widget, and pick a category or group.

Do the widgets work in StandBy?

Yes. Small widgets, like Spent & Safe to Spend, show in StandBy when your iPhone is charging on its side.

Pair it with auto-capture

Widgets show your numbers; auto-capture keeps them complete, logging Apple Pay, UPI and card payments on their own.
